Our GLU Story
Belonging has always been something I searched for. There were seasons when I felt like I knew where I fit, and plenty of times I didn’t. Maybe you’ve had those moments too.
Over the years I realized something: even though we all belong to one body in Christ, we can still feel far apart—isolated, unseen, left out, or underutilized. Even in well‑intentioned churches, it’s possible to feel like no one really knows your story or sees your gifts.
GLU is a place to connect, to belong, to know, be known, and simply be together. Through the GLU Village—our online community—we’re making it a little easier to find your place in the body of Christ. Here, you’re invited into meaningful conversations, genuine connection, and a village that reminds you that you don’t have to do life alone.
Meet Lorna Bukasa
Lorna is a counselor and facilitator who understands the quiet strength of an introvert. Having personally navigated the challenges of shyness, she deeply grasps how difficult finding a true sense of belonging can be in a busy world.
She created GLU Village to bridge that gap, making it simpler for fellow believers to find heartfelt connection and a supportive community where they are seen and valued.
